By accessing or using the Boundee OU platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful behavior.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Boundee OU is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
Boundee OU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Workday. Any Workday-related data displayed or processed within the Service is supplied by the hospital's Workday tenant under the hospital's authorization.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
